Amaretto
Essential in the making of numerous cocktails, delicious as a digestif and adds a gourmet touch to desserts. To the eye, a strong topaz yellow robe. Viscosity is quite strong and regular. To the nose, quite persistent bitter almond hints but the nose remains fresh. Hints of orange and lime. In the mouth, suave, slightly sugary, bitter almond and retro-olfaction.
