17 specially selected botanicals that feature the riches of the land and sea from Hiroshima are used as ingredients and distilled using a combination of steeping and vapor methods to create this craft gin.

TASTING NOTES:

• Nose- Vibrant lemon and orange peels, balanced by a coastal waft and dry juniper earthiness.
• Palate- Juniper moves to the fore on the palate, though the savory elements remain integral. A kick of white pepper spiciness appears later on.
• Finish- A clean, cooling finish of mint and juniper.
